Royal Welsh Showground

Venue for the Royal Welsh Show, the second largest agricultural show in Britain, the show ground hosts events all year round, from antique fairs, to religious festivals to small holders and dog shows. The show ground is a five minute walk from Bron Wye. Click for more information.

Golf

A five minute walk from BronWye is Builth Wells G.C. An 18 hole parkland course that is seldom crowded and affords magnificent views of the surrounding mountains and countryside. Ideal for high and low handicappers it is a delight to play.  Six miles away is Llandrindod Wells G.C.  A challenging 18 hole mountain links course with unsurpassed views stretching miles. Cradoc G.C. sits beneath the Brecon Beacons and lies 18 miles from Bronwye and offers an 18 hole championship challenge. With in driving distance too are Borth & Ynyslas G.C,  a true links course and the championship Aberystwyth G.C.
