2) We have just completed £10,000 worth of improvements in December 2010 and January 2011. Room 1 has just been doubled in size, for example. We continually strive to improve in order to maintain our number 1 ranking.

3) We are professionally run, we are not just a house that lets rooms. We combine the advantages of a guest house with the quality, facilities  and service of a hotel. We live in a separate area so the guest lounge is the guest lounge, not a space to be shared with the owners and the dining room is a dining room where guests have their own tables and do not have to share a table with other guests.

We always offer at least 6 fresh fruits, cereals, fruit juice, white or wholemeal toast etc. Then comes the main course!  Choose from the huge Full Monty, the regular Half Monty, a full vegetarian option, Porridge or croissants! All this is included in our already low prices.

5) We offer free off-road parking; free secure lock up for motor bikes, cycles and golf clubs, Free wi-fi.

6) All our rooms now offer flat screen tvs, hairdryers, sitting areas, tea and coffee making facilities, biscuits, linen, towels, shampoo, hair conditioner, soap and books to read.

7) We offer the best location in Builth Wells. We are the only establishment that is located overlooking the park and the river wye. Walk out of the front door and you are in the park and 40 meters from the river. Not even a road to cross! Yet the Royal Welsh Showground is only a 5 minute walk away and the town centre 1 minute.  There are numerous restaurants and pubs within a 3 minute walk.

8) We have your safety in mind. Our Guest house is fully fitted with electronic fire alarms, fire doors, emergency lighting etc.  Did you know smaller B&Bs do not need to install these and some of those that legally should, don't? If in doubt ask.

9) We offer 2 garden areas where you can sit and relax, when the weather permits. Unfortunately, even we can't say when that will be!
