We offer the best value Four star accommodation in Builth Wells. Our rates are lower than local two star properties. Our Standard rates are from £25 per person based on 2 or more sharing and from £35 for single occupancy in a double/twin room. Rates include en-suite facilities and a superb breakfast which offers the option of our famous 'full monty' traditional breakfast and/or large selections of fresh fruits and cereals as well as vegetarian options.

All our rooms are non smoking. To be fair to all our guests, any guests found smoking in their rooms will be asked to leave and still be liable to pay the balance of their stay. We do provide smoking facilities outside. Thank you for your understanding.

Close to the centre of Builth and a 3 minute walk from the showground,  the cottage offers the feel of the countryside with the convenience of the town and it may surprise you how little it costs!
